Palm Capital has bought an 28,135 sq m airside logistics facility located in Copenhagen Airport.

The site an option to build an additional 12,351 sq m.

Tenants include DHL and Postnord. CBRE will be the sole leasing agent for the 7,900 sq m vacancy at the property.

Palm Capital said Copenhagen Airport plans to increase its capacity from 29m to 40m passengers a year, and the construction of the new 150,000 sq m cargo and logistics park has already begun.

It added that it represented a continuation of its "focus on European logistics investments and will be the start of its ambitious Scandinavian expansion strategy".
