Palm Capital relaunches Reading's Abbey Gardens

Palm Capital has launched refurbished Grade A Reading office building Abbey Gardens to market.

Palm Capital bought Abbey Gardens in July 2017 and has subsequently it said "carried out a major overhaul of the offices to include suspended ceilings with LG7 compliant recessed PIR lighting, fully accessible raised floors, VRF heating and cooling system and WC facilities on every floor".

Palm said the building can accommodate requirements of between 1,800 sq ft and 22,250 sq ft over contiguous floors. The building has just over 41,000 sq ft available across the three blocks.

Knight Frank and Haslams are leasing agents.
